Albert Quay is a wonderful family run guesthouse, which is truly a home from home. Situated in the very heart of town, you will feel instantly that you have been transported back in time to a quieter and less hurried era.

Fowey Royal Regatta week is a must for visitors to Cornwall. There is something happening every day and evening. At the begining and end of the week there is a spectacular firework display and an even more exiting display of flying by the Red Arrows highlight the week.

Marie, for many years, owned the tea-rooms next to Albert Quay B & B, baking all her own exceedingly good cakes and pies. There is one thing you can be very sure of and that is that you will always have a wonderful breakfast at Albert Quay as well as a warm welcome.

 

The rooms are beautifully furnished with every creature comfort catered for. Each room has a TV, tea and coffee making facilities. The family room has a separate annex attached to the main bedroom where you can be close to your youngsters while giving them their own space should they want it. Both bedrooms are en-suite and very spacious. With the sunlight streaming in at the windows you soon become at attuned to the relaxed way of living enjoyed by the people of of Cornwall.

The family room has views out onto Albert Quay, where Queen Victoria and Prince Albert landed on their visit to Fowey in 1846. Sit and watch the hustle and bustle of yachtsmen as they embark and disembark from their boats at the Harbourmaster’s pontoon.

The Children’s room will comfortably sleep three and is jointed directly to the family bedroom through its own door
