Your right to reject Site
On site's completion, you have the
right to reject our work at no cost! we offer this option as we have
great faith in the quality of our work. This option is only open for
24 hours after conformation of completion was sent (not when
received or read by client)
Payment
If we are hosting your site, then we
will have everything up and running on completion and we will allow
5 working days for payment (via paypal). If no payment is
made, then the site will be removed and you will be invoiced
£50
(auk) for not declaring 'site unwanted' within 24 hour agreement.
Hosting will cost
£60 (UK) on
top of design costs. This covers up to 10 mb of space. and file
retention at our offices.
If you wish to host with a 3rd party
and only require a copy of your site, we will need to receive
payment (via paypal) before files can be sent. Obtaining
files via online presentation will be classed as a breach of
copyright. if you wish us to retain a copy of your site, you must
state this and a extra charge of £15 (UK) will be added to your
bill.

Express site requirements
You site may only
contain basic coding (JavaScript/Vb script) if needed.
This includes:
JavaScript pop-up
windows
Forms and
calculation
One fading/swapping
image per page.
Meta tags.
Hidden spidering
text (hidden page text)

ASP, PHP, Perl,
CGI, ect
data basing

We must be strict
with coding to reduce time needed to produce a site. Graphical and
user interface design are top priority.

You must supply all
text needed for
your site. you can also give us permission to change text when
needed
You must supply
images
needed for your site. We automatically hold the right to manipulate
images for design purposes
You may request us to
supply images from our stock, there will be a £2 (UK) charge
for each image needed, Copyrights of image remain with us-
we would recommend
that you buy stock images
here, this will give you a license that allows you to reuse the
image and gives you greater rights.
We can also get
hold of images, of any topic, with models - But copyright of image
remains with us and prices start @ 4 pound (UK)
Your Copyright
responsibilities
You must own the
copyright to any text or imagery you supply to use. We will not take
any responsibility for copyright violation directly caused by you,
the client.
If Copyright has been
breached (with considerable proof), we will remove your site if we
are hosting, with no warning and no refund.
If Copyright has been
breached, we may be obligated to provide information concerning you,
the client, to the authorities.
Things to consider
If you have forgotten to supply information,
this will be deemed to be your responsibility,
and therefore we are not responsible for any delays caused. This means
that costs will not be reduced
following any omission or fault on the part of the client
requiring the web site.
Extra time needed for fault correction, caused by the client, may
result in extra costs for the client. Extra costs must be agreed
before correction.
